Basilar Artery Stenosis - Mild-Moderate

A 57 year-old man presented with several attacks of slurred speech, vertigo, facial numbness, double vision and weakness in all four limbs.

Posterior circulation conventional angiogram showing the major arteries supplying the brainstem, cerebellum and posterior hemispheres.  Note the prominent stenosis of the mid-basilar artery which was the cause of the patient's transient ischemic attacks.
