A 44 year-old woman presented with progressive spasticity of the left lower extremity.

T1-weighted with gadolinium MRI scans (Left - coronal image; Right - parasagittal image).  Note the large, well demarcated mass which enhances with contrast. Surgical biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of malignant gliioblastoma.
