Glioblastoma - Frontal Lobe - Case 5

A 44 year-old woman presented with progressive spasticity of the left lower extremity.

Show the Tumor on T2         Show the Vasogenic Edema         Show the Gadolinium Enchancement

Axial MRI scans. (Left) T2-weighted image; (Middle) T1-weighted image; (Right) T1-weighted with gadolinium.  Note the large, well demarcated mass which enhances with contrast. There is also a cystic component of the tumor. Surgical biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of malignant glioblastoma.
