A 66 year-old man presented with spells of ataxia, and numbness of the left face.

Outline the Vertebral Stenosis

Left Vertebra angiogram: (Left) AP view; (Right) Lateral view. Note the high grade stenosis of the intracranial left vertebral artery, which was the cause of the patient's TIAs.
