Neurolymphomatosis - Case 2

A 52 year-old man with a history of lymphoma presented with progressive weakness and numbness in the legs along with bladder and bowel incontinence and perineal numbness.

Show the Enlarged Clumped Nerve Roots

(Left) Axial T1-weighted MRI scan; Axial T1-weighted MRI with gadolinium.  These images at the the L4 level. Note that the nerve roots are clumped together and enlarged, and enhance with gadolinium. Subsequent CSF analysis was positive for lymphoma cells.
