Mid-Sagittal Meningioma with Invasion of the Sagittal Sinus

AA 65 year-old woman presented with headaches and mild sensory loss affecting the left side of her body.

Note the Missing Section of the Superior Sagittal Sinus

Magnetic Resonance Venography (MRV) - lateral image. Note the lack of the flow in the posterior aspect of the superior sagittal sinus.  In this case, the tumor are invaded and obstructed the sinus.  This markedly increases the complexity and morbidity of surgical removal.
