MRI Scans (Left) Sagittal T1-weighted axial with gadolinium; (Right) Coronal T1-weighted with Gadolinium. Note with the coronal and sagittal scans, it is clear that the mass is dural based and arising from the sphenoid bone, growing up into the frontal lobe.
