Metastatic Disease - Lung Cancer - Case 4

A 62 year-old man with known lung cancer presented with progressive headaches and an unsteady gait.

Note the Compression of the 4th Ventricle and Brainstem     Show the Gadolinium Enhancement of the Tumor

(Left) MRI axial T1-weighted image; (Right) MRI axial T1-weighted image with gadolinium. Not the large enhancing tumor in the left cerebellum. Subsequent biopsy confirmed metatstatic adenocarcinoma of the lung.
