Metastatic Disease - Lung Cancer - Case 5

A 66 year-old man with known lung cancer presented with focal seziures.

Show the Gadolinium Enhancing Tumors

MRI axial T1-weighted images with gadolinium. Not the two ring enhancing tumors. Metastatic tumor and brain abscess can have a very similar appearance on CT and MRI. Subsequent biopsy confirmed metatstatic adenocarcinoma of the lung.
