Metastatic Disease - Lung Cancer

A 56 year-old man presented with confusion and headache for two weeks. There was a history of a 30 pound weight loss over the last several months.

Chest CT. Note the prominent mediastinal adenopathy (red arrow) and pleural based lesion on the left lung (yellow arrow). Biopsy demonstrated small cell carcinoma.
