Case 6 - Oligodendroglioma

A 34 year old woman presented with focal seizures affecting the left face and arm.

Show the Gadolinium Enhancement     Show the Vasogenic Edema

Gadolinium enhanced MRI axial scan shows a well circumscribed lesion which enhances with surrounding edema.  Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of oligodendroglioma.  Brain tumors often present with seizures or focal neurologic signs.
