Meningioma - Frontal  Parafalcine - Case 3

A 58 year-old woman presented with an unstable gait. On exam, she had spasticity and increased reflexes in both lower extremities.

Note the Calcified Lesion Within the Falx

Axial CT scan. Note that the lesion is calcified and arising from the falx in the midline. This is a common location for a meningioma. The paracentral location results in the bilateral lower extremity upper motor neuron signs.
