A 36 year-old woman presented with headaches, seizures, and numbness affecting the right body.

Magnetic Resonance Venogram Note the absence of the left transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus, as well as the complete absence of the left internal jugular vein. The spectrum of clinical presentations of venous thrombosis is wide: from headaches to venous infarctions, focal neurologic deficits, seizures and increased intracranial pressure.
