Vertebral - Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery Aneurysm

A 44 year-old man developed the lightening onset of an explosive headache and neckache followed by nausea and vomiting.

Outline the Aneurysm

Cerebral angiogram, left vertebral artery injection (Left: AP view; Right: Lateral view). Note the aneurysm arising from the vertebral artery at the origin of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery.
