A 45-year old woman presented with focal seizures affecting the left body.
(Left) Axial T1-weighted MRI; (Right) Axial T2-weighted image. Note the abnormal signal adjacent to the corpus callosum and beneath the cingulate gryus. On both scans, the signal is dark, consistent with hemosiderin. This is the picture of a small, remote intracerebral hemorrhage.
