Venous Malformation - Case 1

A 45-year old woman presented with focal seizures affecting the left body.

Outline the Venous Angioma

Cerebral angiogram, left carotid injection, venous phase. (Left) AP view; (Right) Oblique view. Note the abnormal venous structure. This is a venous angioma, a common congenital malformation. They are often asymptomatic or may present with seziures and in rare cases as a mass lesion from bleeding.
