A 51year old woman presented with focal seizures affecting the right body.
T1-weighted with gadolinium MRI scans. (Left) axial; (Middle) sagittal; (Right) coronal. Note the enhancing vascular structure adjacent to the corpus callosum. This is a venous angioma. Most angiomas are asymptomatic. Others may be associated with seizures, especially if there is any history or evidence of prior bleeding.
