Vertebral Artery Dissection - Case 2

A 34 year-old man developed transient vertigo associated with left neck pain.

Outline the Small Left Cerebellar Infarct

(Left) T2-weighted axial MRI; (Right) Diffusion-weighted MRI.  Note the high signal in the left cerebellum. Since it is bright on diffusion, this represent an acute cerebellar stroke in the distribution of the left posterior inferior cerebellar artery.
