Arteriovenous Malformation - Case 5

A 44-year old man presented with headaches and focal seizures.

Show the Flow Voids of the AVM

T2-weighted coronal MRI. Note the numerous dark flow voids in the right occipital lobe near the cortex. These are dilated vessels of the AVM. AVMs typically present with headaches, seizures or intracranial hemorrhage.
