A 44-year old man presented with headaches and focal seizures.

Outline the AVM

Intracranial MRA: (Left) AP view; (Right) Rostal view). Note the tangle of numerous blood vessels the right occipital lobe (yellow arrows). These are dilated vessels of the AVM. AVMs typically present with headaches, seizures or intracranial hemorrhage.
