Arteriovenous Malformation - Case 5

A 44-year old man presented with headaches and focal seizures.

Outline the AVM

Right internal carotid angiogram: (Left) lateral view; (Right) AP. Note the tangle of numerous blood vessels the right occipital lobe. These are dilated vessels of the AVM. AVMs typically present with headaches, seizures or intracranial hemorrhage.
