Ependyoma

A 30 year-old woman presented with headaches, nausea, vomiting and an unsteady gait.

T2-weighted axial MRI scans. Note the large midline cerebellar mass invading the roof of the fourth ventricle and growing downward into the foramen magnum. Surgical decompression showed the mass to be a ependyoma.
