A 42 year-old woman developed headaches and slowly progressive weakness affecting the left side over two months.

Outline the Aneurysm

Cerebral angiogram: right internal carotid injection; (Left) AP; (Right) Oblique view. Not that the right MCA ends in a large dilated aneurysm.
