Medulloblastoma - Axial Scans

A 4 year-old boy presented with headaches, vomiting and an unsteady gait.

(Left) T2-axial; (Middle) T1-axial; (Right) T1-axial with gadolinium. Note the large enhancing mass invading the roof of the fourth ventricle. Compression of the fourth ventricle then resulted in non-communicating hydrocephalus (best seen on the Flair image). Surgical decompression showed the mass to be a medulloblastoma.
