Medulloblastoma - Flair Axial, Coronal and Sagittal Scans

A 4 year-old boy presented with headaches, vomiting and an unsteady gait.

Show the Transependymal Edema     Show the Gadolinium Enhancement     Show the Enlargement of the 3rd and Rostal 4th Ventricle

(Left) Axial Flair; (Middle) Coronal T1 with gadolinium; (Right) Sagittal T1 with gadolinium. Note the large enhancing mass invading the roof of the fourth ventricle. Compression of the fourth ventricle then resulted in non-communicating hydrocephalus (best seen on the Flair image). Surgical decompression showed the mass to be a medulloblastoma.
