Superior Cerebellar Artery Aneurysm

A 32 year-old man developed the abrupt onset of a severe headache followed by nausea and vomiting.

Outline the Aneurysm

Cerebral angiogram, left vertebral artery injection (Left: AP view; Right: Lateral view). Note the aneurysm arising from the left superior cerebellar artery. This aneurysm was subsequently successfully coiled.
