Subdural Hematoma - Unilateral Chronic - Case 1

A 67 year-old man was noted to have word finding difficulties and dragging the right leg when walking.

Outline the Subdural Hematoma     Note Some Acute (Bright) Blood in the Lesion

Axial CT scans. Note the crescent shape overlying and compressing the left hemisphere. The lesion is dark with some some amount of bright signal, indicating a subacute to chronic subdural hematoma.
